Phone Lines can be selected within the web admin interface.
To specify additional VoIP provider blueprint, for user to select, the file /etc/asterisk/provider_list.txt needs to be modified.
Refers to connections that go from the asterisk-PBX to the outside world. e.g. sip-provider, ...
